LOCATION: From Waterville, travel 7 miles south on Hwy 77 to Dogwood Lane. Turn east on Dogwood for 3/4 mile. Parcel sits on north side of Dogwood Ln. 

DESCRIPTION: 80 acres with 33 +/- acres of terraced cropland and balance in grass with a pond. The cropland has been most recently in wheat with a rotation of milo and beans.
