This lot contains a Thompson Center Encore 410/45 LC Single Shot Pistol (NIB).

Personal inspections are recommended.

Removal of Items:
Wednesday through Friday, September 15-17, 2021 10:00am - 4:00pm (Open Removal).

Pickup will be at Goddard Gunnery.

Check all federal, state, and local restrictions and laws prior to purchasing any firearm. All winning bidders must comply with all applicable laws for pickup.
All winning bidders of firearms (except FFL holders) must fill out ATF Form 4473 in person and present a valid government issued ID. The address of the ID must match the address used in Form 4473. Conceal Carry License Holders still fill out paperwork, but a background check is not required.

The buyer is responsible for any and all removal of items. Any other removal outside of the previously mentioned dates & times will need to be scheduled with the seller. Buyers must pay prior to removal.

Items must be removed from the premises by Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 due to the selling of the building. If items are not removed, buyer will lose all right to the items purchased and any payments will be returned minus a 10% restocking fee.
