Product Description:
- This lot contains a Lunch/Picnic Table w/ Benches.
- The functionality of this item was not tested but it is believed to be in usable condition.
- The dimensions of the table and benches in the state of being folded is approximately 52" x 5" x 83".
- The dimensions of the table and benches in the state of being expanded out is approximately 167" x 62" x 28.5"
- The dimensions of the table folded out was not taken nor was it tested. (Please see Lot #3495 to see what this product would look like if expanded out).
- The item appeared to be in used but good condition.
- There are minor cosmetic scuffs on the tables/benches but still in very usable condition.
- Personal inspections are recommended.
- Item is located at the Gavel Roads office for personal inspections prior to the auction ending.

Buyer’s Premium
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids, resulting in the total purchase price, exclusive of any applicable sales taxes are calculated.
Credit/Debit Card Service Fee
A 3% Service Fee will be applied to credit/debit card transactions only. This does not apply to any other transaction type.
