Vehicle Description:

Vehicle is being sold in nonoperational condition. Owner stated that it had ran out of gas and he could not get to start again, even after replacing several parts. The tires on the vehicle are in brand new condition and were recently replaced before the truck quit running. Vehicle does have surface rust and rust over the rear fenders.
