The Winch Bed appeared to be complete the day of consignment. The 20K pound rated Tulsa winch is powered by a PTO System. The winch system appears to be complete but functionality was not able to be tested/verified. The PTO driveshaft is included (see pictures). Frame width of the bed is designed for 34" frames (see pictures). The Gin Poles are 9'-4" long. Personal Inspections are recommended.
