• Includes air conditioned cabin, maid service, 3 meals a day, fish processing, and access to sports bar/lounge
• Your choice of fish such as walleye, perch or bass in Eagle Lake
• Includes pick up and drop off at the International Falls Airport and transportation to and from the lodge.
• Adventure to be taken anytime between August 23, 2025 and September 30, 2025 (based on availability).

Staggered and extended bidding times:
Lots will end 1 minute apart. When an item receives a bid during the last 1 minute before its closing time, that item's end time will reset to 1 minute. This will NOT impact the time remaining of all following lots. The reset of time is done to allow all bidders a chance to win. All lots will close and sell when there are no more bids after 1 minute.

Payment Information:

• Upon the close of each lot, the winning bidder will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail and/or text from Gavel Roads that they have won the item.
• The winning bidder will receive an invoice of total purchases from Gavel Roads via e-mail as soon as the entire auction has completed.
• Winning bidders will pay at the event or contact Carmen Johnson to make arrangements if paying with check or cash. Credit card payments can be made in the winning bidder's Gavel Roads account. Go to the appropriate invoice in your account and click the payment icon at the top right to pay.
• Local (Wichita area) pickup of winning items is preferred. Items may be shipped at buyer's expense. Winners shall email info@lovelikeremi.com to arrange pickup of item(s) won. Items can also be picked up the night of the event if winner is in attendance.

Gavel Roads has waived its Buyer's Premium for this benefit auction so that all proceeds will go toward helping our community.
