Pickup:
Gavel Roads will provide a large telehandler and operator to load out 2 DAYS ONLY - December 7th & December 8th. Gavel Roads will have access to a smaller telehandler (4400 lb capacity) with operator BY APPOINTMENT ONLY until December 15th. Items must be removed by no later than December 30th. The physical location is in Peck, KS and the address will be posted in your printed invoice after purchase. If items are not removed by December 30th, buyers will be charged a 10% restocking fee and lose rights to all items purchased. Items not removed will be sent to salvage due to the sale of the property. Gavel Roads is not responsible for items left and no refunds will be given on those items. Buyer is responsible for any and all removal of items and assumes all risk of damages. If these terms can not be met, Gavel Roads suggests not bidding on items on this auction.

Payments must be received within 3 days after the conclusion of the auction. Any payment received between 3 to 7 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will be assessed a 2% late fee on the invoice total. If payment is not received within 7 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will be charged the balance of the outstanding invoice and late fees to the credit card on file. The buyer’s account will also be banned and not allowed to bid going forward.
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids, resulting in the total purchase price, exclusive of any applicable sales taxes are calculated. A 3% Service Fee will be applied to credit/debit card transactions only. This does not apply to any other transaction type. A $15 flat fee will be applied to any ACH or Wire Transfers.

All equipment is sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied by the Seller and Gavel Roads. All sales are final.
